A century of tradition, craftsmanship and passion for wine and vinegar.
Our story begins in the heart of Bollullos Par del Condado, a town within Huelva's wine region—a place with deep winemaking tradition where wine is part of the landscape, the local economy, and a viticultural culture with centuries of history. Here, wine is not just a product, but a way of life transmitted from generation to generation.
Our first family winery was built in 1917, according to historical records found in the sacristía of our own bodega, a reflection of our family's long-standing ties to wine culture. From the very beginning, the project was defined by craftsmanship, meticulous care of the must and respect for the natural rhythms of wine. This same philosophy has always extended to the vineyard, where we maintain a close, trust-based relationship with our growers. They are true experts in the field and in the grape, and their knowledge and experience are essential to achieving the highest quality.
Today, in our fourth generation, we remain faithful to that philosophy. We have grown, evolved, and adapted techniques, but we have never lost our essence: wines that speak of their origin, of our family, and of a winemaking culture deeply rooted in this land.

Four generations of winemaking tradition
Two prestigious designations, each with a unique viticultural identity
The Protected Designation of Origin Condado de Huelva extends across the southeast of the province of Huelva, where Bollullos Par del Condado is also located. This region is one of the oldest wine areas in Spain, with a tradition documented since at least the 14th century.
The Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Designation of Origin, together with Manzanilla-Sanlúcar de Barrameda, protects the production of the renowned Sherry wines in southern Spain, including towns such as Jerez de la Frontera, El Puerto de Santa María and Sanlúcar de Barrameda.

A complete spectrum of styles, from biological to oxidative aging
Orange Wine is a traditional product protected by the Designation of Origin Condado de Huelva, directly linking it to the winemaking history of this region in southwestern Andalusia.
It is made from a base wine authorised by the Designation of Origin, which is then aromatised through maceration with bitter orange peel. This is a slow, controlled process that allows the aromatic compounds in the peel to gradually integrate into the wine, contributing citrus and spicy notes along with a subtle bitterness that balances its profile.
After this phase, the wine continues its evolution through an aging period of at least two years, during which the aromas are refined and its structure is rounded. The result is a highly complex aromatized wine that combines the wine base, orange freshness, and a marked traditional personality, making it one of the most unique and representative products of Condado de Huelva.

Our winemaking tradition also finds expression in the production of wine vinegars, born from the same respect for the raw material, time and natural processes that define our craft.
We produce both young vinegar and matured vinegar, each with its own character and expression. Young vinegar retains a fresher, livelier personality, where the intensity and purity of its wine origin stand out. Matured vinegar, on the other hand, evolves slowly in oak barrels, where it acquires greater complexity, roundness and aromatic depth, enriched by the interaction with the wood and the passing of time.
This dual production allows us to offer distinct profiles, united by a single philosophy: care at every stage of the process and the pursuit of authenticity. From the most direct freshness to the complexity that only ageing brings, our vinegars are a natural continuation of our history tied to wine and cooperage.
